Urgent / emergency facilities concerns to be called in promptly include broken windows, doors, or locks that impact building or resident security; loss of building heat / extreme temperatures; active flooding, overflowing bathroom fixtures; power loss to a building or area; loss of water service or hot water; wild animal in the building, etc. This list is not exhaustive.
Based on your call, Public Safety and/or Facilities Operations will make an assessment about the urgency and timeline for the issue(s) to be addressed.
