Lafayette College Sustainable Living Certificate

Welcome to the Sustainable Living Certificate!

This program is a voluntary, self-guided initiative inspiring students to make their living spaces and daily routines more sustainable. This assessment is aimed at educating participants about the environmental and social impacts of their lifestyles and encouraging them to take steps toward making their daily practices more sustainable. This certification is available for students living in residence halls, Greek houses, and off-campus houses.

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The completion of each level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) requires reaching total point thresholds. Bronze requires 32 points, Silver requires 60, Gold requires 82, and Platinum requires 94. You will be asked to complete tasks in the following categories:

Recycling, Trash, & Reusables
Energy & Water Use
Purchasing & Consumption
Environmental Awareness & Inclusion
Campus Engagement
